Christianity 101: I’m Brand New!
I can still remember when I started going to church. As soon as the minister got behind the pulpit and started
reading the Bible, I was lost! I didn’t know the difference between the New Testament and the Old, if Moses and Jesus were brothers, or what to do with the bread and juice. I needed a class like this.
Staring Sunday, April 15th, we’ll be offering Christianity 101 as a new Sunday School class. I’ll be teaching the course, and we’re going to cover five major topics that’ll give you a running start (or refresher!) in the Christian life.
Each section will end with a Q&A session. You’ll be surrounded by other people with the same questions you may be holding in, so there is no threat of asking a dumb question. If you’re still worried, I’ll even have an anonymous bucket: just drop the question in and I’ll do my best to answer it.
If you’d like, you can sign up online so we’ll know how much space and coffee we’ll need. Registration is not required though. You can always just show up!
